COURSE NARRATIVE
The SPAN 303 class fulfilled the MLOs 1 and 2. This class helped me to improve my speaking and writing skills in Spanish. Dr. Oliva taught us the Spanish verb conjugations such as preterite, imperfect, subjunctive, etc. Also, the professor helped us to understand the way the verb “to be” is used in Spanish. In addition, Dr. Oliva taught us new vocabulary words and synonyms that I use to support my writing assignments and conversations. Another helpful tool to improve my writing skills was to practice the accents rules and the punctuation marks. On another hand, one of the writing assignments I completed in the class was to write about my experiences in the school setting (SPAN 303: Reflection). I really like this activity because it made me reflect about my positive experiences at school. In every assignment, Dr. Oliva gave us feedback so that we can correct our grammar errors. Also, I like our class discussions because everyone can participate and share they point of view. In addition, we had short presentations in the classroom that helped me practice my Spanish and communicate with my classmates. To conclude, I think this class was really helpful and supported me in many ways on my writing and speaking skills.
The document at your right is a reflection of my SPAN 303 class. It is about my school experiences during my childhood.
